Berea’s National Rib Cook-Off SMS Voting for People’s Choice Best Ribs
1. The end user initiates the exchange by casting a vote for People’s Choice Best Ribs at Berea’s National Rib Cook-Off. Our SMS responses are merely to confirm that the end user’s vote has either been recorded, or if not, explains to them why their vote couldn’t be recorded. We will send no communications to users unrelated to their votes for People’s Choice or outside of the active dates of the contest, which runs through Memorial Day Weekend.
2. This is not a subscription service, so there is no need to send us a STOP message to unsubscribe, though if you do, we will see to it that you no longer receive text messages from us. We only communicate with you via text in response to texts received from you (specifically votes cast for People’s Choice Best Ribs). If you’re not comfortable receiving a status update on your attempt to cast a vote, then please don’t vote.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more than one message from us associated with each attempt you make to vote. That message will either confirm that your vote has been recorded, or detail why it wasn’t recorded with instructions on how to cast a valid vote.
